Your website should never be out of date

With your AusSites-designed website, it is possible to perform simple editing yourself without needing to know anything about the technical aspects of web coding. However, for major changes or updates, we recommend that you leave any significant updates or maintenance to our experienced design team.

All you need to do is send us an email or give us a call, let us know what changes or additions you require, and we will make them for you, usually within a few hours of your request, depending on current workload.

Updates and maintenance are charged at an hourly rate of $80 per hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.

We recommend to our customers that they put some thought into their site content and what they need to change BEFORE contacting us for update work, so that they get the maximum benefit from their updates.

Take a look at all the content on your site, and make notes of everything you need to change or update.

Have your content ready to supply to us, including any custom artwork you may wish to insert into your site. This will dramatically reduce the amount of time required to perform the updates, which in turn will help keep your costs to a minimum.

Remember that while it is advisable to allow us to perform the major updates for you, it is also extremely easy for you or your staff to be able to make changes to the pages on your site as needed, with no knowledge of web coding.

You can add new pages, write your own text for the pages, make changes to prices or other information, add new images… it’s really up to you. It’s your website, and now it’s possible for you to keep it fresh with up-to-the-minute content yourself.
